ITALIAN PSYCHOTHERAPY LTD
Sentirsi a casa, oltre le distanze
La nostra Mission
Italian Psychotherapy Ltd was founded by Dr. Laura Sola and Dr. Angela Tucci to offer qualified psychological services to the Italian community living in London, as well as to people living abroad who wish to take care of their mental well-being in their native language and within their cultural context.
Clinical practice takes into account the specificities of the migration experience, such as the processes of change, adaptation, and identity redefinition, as well as the developmental potential that this experience can generate.
The interventions are based on the e-LaSTA Mind® model, an integrated therapeutic framework that guides clinical work in assessing needs, defining objectives, and designing interventions aimed at change, through the coordinated use of cognitive and strategic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, REBT, solution-focused brief therapy, and single-session therapy.
The programs are personalized, structured, and oriented toward specific clinical objectives, with particular attention to developing psychological flexibility, emotional balance, and adaptability, even in complex contexts such as expatriation.
Each intervention is characterized by clinical rigor, methodological clarity, and quality of the therapeutic relationship, respecting the individual and their individual history.
